In collaboration with architect Fessler, we developed the SIMA Apartments in the heart of the Längenfeld mountains. The result is a modern apartment building that impresses with its clear architecture, high-quality materials, and sophisticated spatial solutions. The new building comprises two stylish apartments and an exclusive penthouse apartment, each of which impresses with its open design and an elegant combination of functionality and alpine living. The design follows a modern, minimalist style, in which warm materials and natural colors create a cozy atmosphere – perfectly suited to the lifestyle in the Ötztal Valley. The result is a harmonious overall appearance that blends perfectly into the surroundings and meets the highest standards.
