For the Lodge 126 project in Tyrol, we took on the planning and construction management, as well as coordinating the demolition of the existing building. In close collaboration with Fachwerk 45 and hip Falkner, a high-quality residential complex was created with three spacious apartments, a studio apartment, and a custom-designed attic apartment. The modern interpretation of Alpine architecture, combined with natural materials and clean lines, gives the project its distinctive architectural identity. The tailor-made planning is reflected in every detail – from the open floor plan to the integration into the Tyrolean landscape.
